By downloading, installing, or using Recepify ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Recepify is a mobile application that allows users to scan receipts, track expenses, manage product warranties, and receive AI-powered spending insights. The App is available for iOS devices.
Recepify does not require account registration. The App uses an anonymous device identifier to associate your data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. Data loss due to device loss, theft, or factory reset is not recoverable without a backup.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Muhammet Melik Özbay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App uses artificial intelligence to extract data from receipts and provide spending insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying extracted data. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated information.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Receipt scanning accuracy depends on image quality and receipt format.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammet Melik Özbay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muhammet Melik Özbay from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
